Return Window

  • We do not limit the time frame for returns. You may return your item at any time as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at seektexas@seektexas.com.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products).
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have under the above guidelines. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
  • The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will inform you if the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
